Great access to the private dock for beautiful sunsets! Canoes were great and free to use. The lake/river is great to swim in ( I took a dip in February!). The dock area is really fantastic and a huge plus about this property. IF you like outdoors and being outdoors, you'll really enjoy the privacy and beauty of this property. About the house: The living areas are very small in this house, but everything was clean and up to date. Two queen beds and a thin wall in between bedrooms. One bathroom with that is "cozy". This house was not made for lots of people to stay in, but could be a great entertainment house with a huge screened-in side porch with TV and fireplace! We would go back, especially to fish and canoe and maybe renting a boat. We really enjoyed the outdoor Ping-Pong table and the foosball table upstairs!
