Kowaliga Village is a great family friendly neighborhood with a zero entry swimming pool that over looks gorgeous Lake Martin. There is lake access and docks to park your boat. There is also a boat ramp for you to use if you decide to bring your own boat. A spacious parking lot is provided for the boat trailers. There is a nice clubhouse, with gorgeous outdoor fireplace, gathering room and restrooms. You even have access to a new weight room. All of these amenities are included with your stay, and are only a short walk from the house. However, we do provide you with a golf cart to get you back and forth.
