The back porch is big, and the views are bigger! This is one of the favorite gathering spot for our guests. Corn hole, porch swing, lots of seating, patio table, grilling area, and fans to keep you cool. It’s definitely the place to be at Deerpoint.

The famous gazebo is all lit up at night. The sunsets will never disappoint. This spot has been the perfect place for several engagements and weddings. Nowhere better on Lake Martin.

This handcrafted gazebo is stunning. It was shipped from Bali. Yes, you read that right. Just wait until you see the detail & hand-carvings for yourself. Pictures don't do this justice. Grab a bottle of wine & go watch the most amazing sunsets ever!

This brick ranch has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It will sleep 18. There are so many gorgeous details throughout the house. The huge covered porch is the perfect spot to relax and watch a stunning Lake Martin sunset.

The large fire pit sits right at the waters edge with stunning views. With plenty of seating, it is the perfect spot to gather with family & friends for a night of fellowship, songs, s’mores and guitar playing. We even include the firewood.

We call it the bunk room for obvious reasons—this space is built for fun! Sleeping up to 10 kiddos, it’s the perfect for late-night giggles, stories, & memories that will last a lifetime. There’s nothing better than bunking up with all your buddies.

No details are left out at Deerpoint. We love supporting our local artists. Therefore, we have several pieces of one of a kind artwork throughout the lakehouse. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do! This fish was painted by Jane Anne Fleming.

Deerpoint has over 450 feet of water frontage. The point boasts an incredible handcrafted gazebo built in the 1800's. The owners had it shipped here from Indonesia. It is a spot that you will never forget.

We are only a 15 minute boat ride to Chimney Rock.

The spacious cover porch is the best place to hangout and watch the kids splash in the lake. There is plenty of seating, corn hole, dining table, hammock and porch swing. The sunsets will take your breath away.

The large dock and floating dock is the perfect place to spend the day enjoying Lake Martin. The new slide is a guests favorite for adventure. We have several kayaks for use too.

We provide the firewood for the fire-pit and fireplace.

We have installed slip free steps into the lake. The floating dock make it easier to have lake access even when the water levels are low in the winter months.

This is second year our men from the church stayed in this home for their yearly fellowship and fishing trip. They loved the location and convenience of loading and unloading there boats. They will return for more adventures. Thanks
