This is one of the most favorite bedrooms at the lakehouse. The views are incredible. This room is in the lower level, and has a new top of the line queen mattress. There is also a nice comfy chair to read a book.

The custom firepit puts the cherry on top of this incredible lakehouse. It sits at the waters edge and is the perfect place to enjoy fellowship around the fire on a gorgeous summer night. Firewood included.

Sweet Sue's Lakehouse is a special rental. Lake views from almost every room in the house. Newly sodded grass makes for a great place for the kids to play. We also include a Lily pad, kayaks, & paddleboat. Boats rentals available upon request.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the must have cook wear to cook a tasty meal. We have checked every box on amenities. Cleaning dishes could be enjoyable with the gorgeous lake view.

Enjoy top of the line appliances & amenities, like pots and pans, a blender, crock pot, Keurig, mixer, plenty of dishes, bowls and utensils. There is a second refrigerator in the lower level for overflow groceries.

The recent renovated kitchen has gorgeous granite tops, stunning backsplash and lots of cabinets. We have all the amenities you will need to cook a meal. This kitchen is stocked. No detail was left behind. There is also a great pantry for storage.

There is a lake view from almost every window in the house. This view makes cleaning dishes alright.

This dining table can seat up to 8 people. There are 3 bar stools, as well as two other dining tables on the porches. We have plenty of places for guest to sit and enjoy a meal. We also have a booster seat for the younger kiddos.

Beautiful drone picture of the property. As you can see, we have so much water frontage. It is such a great place to swim and spend time with family. There is also a boat ramp, with plenty of parking for the trailer. We have it all.

This is one of two primary en-suites located on the main level. There is a new king mattress for your comfort. The attached bathroom has a shower, soaker tub, toilet & vanity. There is also a nursery with full crib & office space next to it.

This guest bedroom has new top of the line queen mattress. It is located in the walk out lower level. There is a full bathroom right around the corner from the door. There is also a nice window with views of the lake!

This bar top can convert into a Roulette Table, Black Jack Table or just a bar top. Host your personal game night in the game room.

The game room has it all! Enjoy the air hockey table, foosball table, pool table, dart board and bar with Black Jack and Roulette.

What's a game room with out a dart board? We have the best game room on the lake.

The upstairs screened in porch has ceiling fans to keep you cool, great comfy seating and even a dining area. The views of the lake are incredible.

The patio table is located on the screened in porch. It is such a great spot to enjoy a meal with some of the best views on the lake.

We have plenty of seating on the porches. We have rockers, a comfy sofa, chairs, dining areas and even a bed rocker. We want you to find the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views.

This custom bed rocker is the best place to sneak away and read a book or take a nap after a fun day on the lake. It is located in the lower level screened in patio.

Ask about our concierge service. We offer anything from a charcuterie board, grocery stocking, s’more kits, to even boat rentals or boat tours of the popular spots on the lake. We do it all!

Take in the gorgeous views from the loungers provided on the dock. We have big water views even when the water levels are lowered in the winter.

Enjoy the kayaks during your stay! Life jackets are included too. Please always wear a lifejacket when enjoying the water toys.

Enjoy the paddleboat during your stay! Explore Lake Martin from the water. Boat rentals are also available as well. Always wear your life jacket when using any of the water toys.

The three twin beds all have a twin trundle under them. This setup will sleep 6 extra guests. These beds are located in the lower level family room. You can also walk right out to the lake from here. More lake views that will not disappoint.

The walk out lower-level family room has lots of comfy seating and big TV. It also has 3 twin beds with 3 additional trundles. It will sleep 6. You can walk right out to the lakeside screened in porch.

What a view! This is from the dock. Big water views year round. Sweet Sue’s has some of the best sunsets on Lake Martin. The water is crystal clear too!

Star gaze on a clear night. We see shooting stars all the time! Remember to make a wish!

The lower level family room provides another great area for families to gather. You can walk out to the screened in porch and enjoy more gorgeous lake views.

The front door of the lake house is up a flight of steps. We have no slip treads on them as well as secure handrails.

The views from the dock are breathtaking. Even when the water levels drop in the winter, we still have great views of Lake Martin. We also have a floating dock, so you can still have access to the water year round when levels fluctuate.

We added a new baby crib and new mattress to our nursery/office space. It sits off one of the primary bedrooms. The baby even gets a lakeview!

Sweet Sue’s was perfect! Beautiful views, peaceful setting, clean and well stocked home. Kara was very responsive before and during the stay. We spent quality time with family enjoying the game room-pool table, the fire pit, kayaking and relaxing! Can’t wait to come back!

We rented this lovely home since my daughter was getting married at New Water Farm. This was home base for the brides parents and a few family members(I had a total of 8 homes rented for family). The home is wonderful! Spotless with fun furniture and 2 lovely screened porches. We had a pre Thursday evening dinner, Friday lunch for the wedding party playing corn-hole ( provided)! The dock we used to catch some rays and we were able to dock our boat over night! The game room was a fun touch for the 20something crowd (boys)!! Great house to accommodate a large family or even better friends that you get along with!! Thanks for everything!
