The cozy hearth room sits right off the kitchen and dining area. It over looks the swimming pool and lake. Walk right onto the screened in porch to enjoy the views. The swivel chairs make it a fun place for a game or puzzle.

The spacious game room has plenty of seating to watch the game. The ping pong table and foosball table are great to enjoy after a fun day in the sun.

This is the second primary bedroom. It has new luxury king size mattress. This room overlooks the swimming pool and lake too.

The dining area seats 8, with an additional 6 spaces at the bar. It is a great spot to enjoy a morning sunrise over a cup of coffee. Guests love the open floor plan.

Ping pong is a guests favorite to play after a fun day swimming!

This is looking out to Lake Martin from our dock. We have a kayak, and nice bench to sit outside and enjoy the lake. There is plenty of space to tie up your boat at the dock.

We provide you with a kayak to enjoy during your stay. Please kayak at your own risk, and always wear a lifejacket. They are stored in the outside storage bench. Always bring the kayak back in when finished. Please never dive into the lake.

We have several outdoor patio tables and chairs for you to enjoy. There are several sun loungers around the pool too. We also provide outdoor games and pool floats. Please be safe when in or near the water, and follow all of our rules.

Sit back and enjoy your family while sitting in the hearth room. Relax by the fire, or enjoy the Auburn game on the TV. The hearth room over looks the swimming pool and lake. Walk right onto the screened in porch to enjoy the views.

The large salt water pool is a great addition to the lakehouse. We have a lot of outdoor games and floats to make your time more enjoyable. There is a diving board too. We ask that you please have an adult with any children at all times.

The full bathroom has a nice tile shower. We supply the towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Our family loved our stay at Kara’s beautiful home on the lake! The interior of the house was quite comfortable & the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking/entertaining-we especially enjoyed the pool by the lake & lounging on the screened in porch at sunset! We enjoyed a sweet memory-making experience with our family at Lake Martin this week- thank you Kara! Beth

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was even more beautiful than the pictures, the pool was a big hit and the convenience of having a boat and jet ski delivered right to the dock was an added bonus. We love going to lake Martin but always dread going to pick up andbdrop off the boats we rent because of the loss time to spend with one another so this was amazing Kara was a wonderful host and never hesitated to do all she could to make this getaway a success. Would highly recommend to others.
