The spacious family room has lots of comfy seating for the entire family. Its the perfect space to sit & talk about the fun day on the lake, watch a movie, or relax while enjoying the beautiful views of the lake. The doors open right to the lake.

The screened in porch is a great place to sneak away and read a good book while enjoy the stunning views and the fresh air. The swing bed is a favorite place to take a nap after a fun day on the lake.

The huge open kitchen is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. The wrap around island has several bar stools making it a great place for the kids to eat. Guests love setting their dishes out for a buffet style meal too.

The covered porch is full of rockers and such a great spot to sit and watch a morning sunrise. The views are incredible and will make you want to come back year after year.

Guest love the flat lot, that walks right out to the dock and lake. The views are stunning. This is a wonderful area to swim, float and kayak. We have several loungers on the dock to relax on while enjoying a beautiful day on the lake.

This spacious queen bedroom is located upstairs with a stunning view of the lake. It has a cozy window seat, that even little ones can use as a bed. There is a shared bathroom that is connected to this bedroom as well.

This second king suite is also located on the main level. It has a new luxury mattress and linens. There is a full bathroom attached to this bedroom as well. Get a good nights rest as the days on Lake Martin are one to remember.

The stone fireplace is a stunning focal point at Camp Champs Lakehouse. Sit back and enjoy a cozy fire on a cool fall night. The views of the lake from the several doors and windows are stunning and will make this a house you will rent again.

This stunning king suite is located on the first floor. It has a luxury mattress and linens. The views overlooking the lake will take your breath away. Step right out to the screened in porch and enjoy a morning sunrise while sipping coffee.

This guest bedroom has two double beds. There is a window seat that is a great spot for a small kid to sleep if you need more space. There is a shared bathroom that is attached as well. All bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of room to spread out.

From the moment you walk through the doors at Camp Champ you will be welcomed with warm thoughtful touches. We ask all of our guests to please sign the guest book and tell us all about the wonderful time you had together.

This window seat is a great spot to cozy up in and read a book, all while enjoying gorgeous views of the lake. Littles even like to sleep here, adding more space for our guests.

This gorgeous king bedroom is located upstairs. It too has a window seat that over looks the lake. All mattresses and linens are top of the line. A good night sleep after a fun day on the lake is important. There is a shared bathroom attached.

The window seat is a nice quiet spot to enjoy a book or take a nap. The views of the lake are stunning. Little ones love to sleep there, giving them room for more guests.

Kids love the bunk room at Camp Champs! There are three twin beds and one queen bed. We even have a small desk area. Kids love sleeping in the window seat as well.

This full bathroom shares two bedroom upstairs. There is a private shower and toilet area.

The open concept floor plan is great for big families that want to enjoy time together. This is the perfect layout for gatherings and family time. Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone.

This kitchen is setup for a large group or family. Double ovens, a large flat top stove with warming drawer. We have made sure it is stocked with all the must have appliances and kitchen ware for you to cook a great meal for your family.

The upstairs family room is spacious with lots of seating for the family. There is a foosball table and gathering table to create a game room atmosphere. Put the game on the large TV. Do this all with incredible views of the lake.
