The dock, yard and boat ramp are all included in your stay. The owners do live there full time but will not bother you. They want you to enjoy your stay and time at their guest house. The Boathouse is a guest house to the main home on the property. You have the Boathouse all to yourself. The owners give you full access to the backyard, dock, floating dock and boat ramp. This unique lakehouse is one your family will talk about for years. It’s the perfect spot for families traveling together. The main level consists of 2BD each w/ their own bathroom, kitchen, dining & family room. The lower level has 2BD w/ their own bathrooms, kitchen, dining & family room. Both levels walkout out to the massive custom dock and lake! That’s where the fun is…slide, jump platform, boat bar, diving board, beach, kayaks, & green lights all in your private slough w/ year round water. I am here to help answer any questions. There are many areas that can be fun, but you must be careful and be aware of your surroundings at all times. Always look for items in the water before you jump. Always wear a lifejacket. Always keep an eye on the kids. No kids are allowed out on the dock without adult supervision. Do not climb up on any railings to jump off. Please do not go beyond the slide. That part of the dock is for the owners personal use. You do have access to the sandy beach.
