We provide kayaks, SUP boards, canoe & a golf cart to take you anywhere in the neighborhood. Its nestled on a private wooded lot, yet close to the lake and swimming pool. Enjoy your time on the screened porch relaxing on the swing bed, watching football, roasting a s'more in the fire, or playing a game of cornhole. Bubba’s Cabana has 3 BD & 2 BA and sleeps 9. The kitchen is stocked with all the must have amenities. It is a perfect getaway for the family. The screened in porch is our favorite place to hangout. Guests love the fireplace and the swing bed. It’s a perfect spot to watch football. The house is located only 35 minutes from Auburn, so makes a great gameday rental. Our favorite local spots like The Social, Chucks Pizza, Blue Ribbon Dairy are only 10 minutes away. Kowaliga Village is a great family friendly neighborhood with a zero entry swimming pool that over looks gorgeous Lake Martin. There is lake access and docks to park your boat. There is also a boat ramp for you to use if you decide to bring your own boat. A spacious parking lot is provided for the boat trailers. There is a nice clubhouse, with gorgeous outdoor fireplace, gathering room and restrooms. You even have access to a new weight room. All of these amenities are included with your stay, and are only a short walk from the house. However, we do provide you with a golf cart to get you back and forth.

This charming 2BD 1BA waterfront house is the perfect getaway. With year-round water that never drops the fun is endless. Relax in the screened in porch with custom stone fireplace that overlooks the water. Climb the ladder to the loft & play foosball or table hockey. The lower level deck has a ping-pong table, picnic tables, & grilling area. We provide two canoes for your entertainment. Enjoy the outdoors with great fishing, hiking trails nearby, birdwatching, and hunting nearby.
